Shipping Information:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • We offer domestic shipping within the continental United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Standard shipping within the contiguous United States usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii nor any U.S. territories. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

Returns & Exchanges:

Our Guarantee:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your One Modern May jewelry box purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for personalized or customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@onemodernmay.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return/exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Gift Cards: 

  • One Modern May gift cards have no cash value.  Gift cards can only be used to purchase products on onemodernmay.com.
