1. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
2. Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Sometimes the best gifts are the ones they can choose themselves. Please see our Gift Card selection under our Shop menu on the home page.
3. Where is my e-gift card?
Please check your email junk folder, as occasionally filters will misdirect gift cards.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping within the continental United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry box, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

8. How do I clean and maintain my One Modern May jewelry box?
Keeping your jewelry box looking its best is easy. Simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris. A slightly damp cloth can be used on the outside of the box only. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish.
